We source business contact details from the public domain (e.g., professional websites and social registries) to offer bespoke "Pilot" edits. This is conducted with minimal privacy impact and a high degree of relevance to the recipient’s commercial interests.
• Contractual Necessity: To fulfill commissions, process payments via Stripe, and deliver high-resolution master files.

You retain the absolute right to object to this processing. Should you wish to never be contacted by the studio again, we will honor that request immediately.

4. Advanced Processing & Security

Our "High-End Photography Without the Photoshoot" relies on a proprietary workflow involving secure third-party cloud-based rendering, generative and editing tools.

Your source images are processed through professional-grade APIs. We do not sell your data or your images to third-party brokers. Your assets are used solely to fulfill your specific commission or the speculative "Pilot" image offered during outreach.

5. Retention & Expiry

Due to the high-resolution nature of our work, we do not act as a permanent archive. Download links for master files typically expire after 30 days. We retain project data only as long as necessary for tax compliance and to service your ongoing account.

6. Your Rights

Under UK law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also object to our "Legitimate Interest" processing at any time.
