Bespoke Digital Imaging

Terms of Service

Effective: February 2026

1. Digital Artisanship & Feasibility

Titus Studio provides high-end digital imaging and "Agile Photography" services. By commissioning work, you acknowledge that our process involves a bespoke blend of 20 years of photographic experience and advanced image editing tools including cutting edge photorealistic AI generation, editing and relighting.

Feasibility: We reserve the right to decline a commission if we determine that a specific product or environment cannot be rendered to our professional standards. In such cases, if a payment has been made, a full refund will be issued. We are a boutique studio prioritizing quality over volume; we do not guarantee that every brief is technically possible.

2. Delivery & Transmission

  • Standard Turnaround: Our standard delivery window is 48 hours from the point of brief confirmation and receipt of usable source imagery.
  • Express "Rush" Rate: Subject to studio capacity, 24-hour turnaround is available for a 50% premium on the total project fee.
  • Delays: While we pride ourselves on speed, Titus Studio is not liable for consequential losses resulting from rare technical delays or artistic iterations that extend beyond the standard window.
  • Delivery Method: Final master files are delivered digitally via high-resolution download links (typically Google Drive or similar).
  • The 30-Day Window: Download links remain active for 30 days. It is the Client’s absolute responsibility to download, verify, and safely back up all assets within this window.
  • Expiry: After 30 days, links may expire. While we may charge a small "Archive Retrieval Fee" to regenerate expired links, we do not guarantee that files will be available after the initial 30-day period.

3. Artistic Interpretation & Fidelity

Our goal is a "photorealistic aesthetic." However, because these images are digitally composed and enhanced, minor variations in product texture, lighting, or background scale may occur.

Important: It is the Client’s absolute responsibility to review all images for accuracy before they are published for commercial sale. Titus Studio is not liable for any misrepresentation claims, printing costs, or marketing losses arising from details that do not perfectly match the physical product (e.g., label text, precise color shades, or structural nuances).

4. Revision Policy

To maintain our studio's efficiency and pricing, we operate a strict revision policy:

  • One Revision Round: Each commission includes exactly one round of stylistic adjustments (e.g., tweaking lighting, color grading, or minor object placement).
  • Major Revisions: Requests for a change in basic composition, product angle, or a complete change of the creative brief after work has commenced are treated as new commissions and will be billed accordingly.

5. Usage & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Titus Studio grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the final images for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Credit: While not required, we appreciate being credited as "Titus Studio."
  • Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to use any images created (including "Before & After" comparisons) for our own portfolio and promotional marketing unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is agreed upon in writing beforehand.

6. Payment & Delivery Mechanism

The Unlock Protocol: For new clients, we provide low-resolution or watermarked previews. Final, high-resolution master files are released immediately upon receipt of payment via our secure Stripe gateway.

Due to the digital nature of the work, once high-resolution files have been downloaded, no refunds can be issued.

7. Data Retention & Archiving

Titus Studio is a production studio, not a long-term data storage or insurance service. While we typically maintain a private studio archive of completed work for a period of 12 months for our own portfolio and administrative purposes, we are under no contractual obligation to store your files once the initial delivery window has closed. We recommend a "3-2-1" backup strategy for all digital assets you receive from us.
